My stay was quite enjoyable overall! The hotel was in a quieter area of Patong, just a short walk from the beach, which I appreciated. The rooms were comfortable, although they could have been a bit more spacious. The staff were truly lovely and went the extra mile, but the breakfast options could definitely use some improvement. There were a few communication issues at times, but that didn’t overshadow my experience much.

I had a pleasant stay at this resort spa, with clean rooms that were perfect for a small family. The staff made our anniversary special with heart-shaped flower decorations and warm wishes.
